Thomas Buffin, Partner and Kevin Polyn, Associate, have advised the founder of Oliver’Store (Stores-Discount.com) and his shareholders in the sale of the group to Hunter Douglas.

As part of this transaction, Thomas Buffin, a partner specializing in acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, provided his legal expertise and advice to Olivier Lefebvre, Chairman and Founder of Oliver'Store Group. He was accompanied by Kevin Polyn, a lawyer specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and by Jérôme Granotier as a tax specialist.
Based in Villeneuve d'Ascq, Stores-Discount.com is the French pure player leader in the retail of window equipment products (blinds, shutters, pergolas and windows).
With this deal, Hunter Douglas, a Netherlands-based family group present in over 100 countries, has made its first e-commerce acquisition in France.
