Benjamin has been a partner of the firm since 2015 and is involved within the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Department​

He advises and assists French and foreign clients on all issues relating to intellectual property (IP) and the digital world (IT, data protection). He works with French and international companies and groups with intangible assets (fashion, textile, software companies, etc.), IT projects (software protection, licensing policies, ERP deployment contracts, SaaS Agreements, etc.), and data protection (GDPR compliance, outsourced DPO, etc.).​

Holding a dual legal and technical background, Benjamin has in-depth knowledge of IT and digital technology (programming, systems & networks, project management).​

Benjamin is referenced in the IP and IT categories for the 2019 editions of the following major legal reviews: Legal 500 France & EMEA, WTR 1000 and Décideurs.​

In 2024, Benjamin was referenced from major lawyer rankings in IP and IT : Legal 500, WTR 1000, Décideurs, Le Point.

  • Benjamin teaches Intellectual Property in LLM Business Law at Lille Catholic University’s School of Law.​
  • Benjamin is a lawyer, but he is also a computer scientist (network administrator) and a civil aircraft pilot (MEP-IFR EASA).
