Laurence Defontaine is a partner in the Real Estate & Property Management department of Bignon Lebray since 2001.​

Laurence Defontaine advises real estate professionals on matters relating to various types of real estate assets, with a particular expertise in the management of corporate buildings and shopping centres (including rental and property management of co-ownerships). Her practice also covers all legal aspects surrounding the restructuring and refurbishing of office buildings, warehouses and collective housing.​
