Paul joined Bignon Lebray’s Paris office in July 2016 in the Real Estate and Litigation & Arbitration departments.
He advises a wide range of French and international corporate clients on matters relating to construction law, complex real estate arrangements, and commercial leases, particularly in the context of structuring, promotion, and development transactions.
He has also developed recognized expertise in financial leasing and lease financing (credit-bail).
In this capacity, Paul is regularly involved in managing real estate disputes as well as a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, including breach or non-performance of contracts, shareholder conflicts, and post-acquisition warranty claims.
